You are entering into a creative content agreement with Lovebytes LLC, a California LLC registered with the California Secretary of State. By acknowledging and accepting this agreement you are forfeiting any claim on the creative content created by Lovebytes LLC. Lovebytes LLC owns all of the poems, songs, and videos it creates and may use them for commercial distribution at its discretion. Lovebytes LLC will not commercially distribute videos that contain personal image contents the customer has uploaded. All poems, songs, and videos created by Lovebytes LLC are owned by Lovebytes LLC and may be used commercially. Any poems that the customer has written and uploaded, as well as songs and videos that incorporate that poem will be owned by Lovebytess LLC. The customer relinquishes all commercial rights to their poem and songs and videos created using their poem once they upload it to the Lovebytes LLC websites. The customer may distribute the poem, song, or video to friends and family, but they cannot sell any poem, song, or video created by Lovebytes LLC.
